Leadership
Bill Feather
Mr. Feather has held numerous leadership positions within the
hotel industry since 1985. These positions have encompassed
all areas of the hospitality industry including ground up
development and construction, multiple property asset
management and food and beverage concept development.
The vast majority of Mr. Feather's career has been with
Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Patrick Done
Mr. Done is responsible for strategic leasing initiatives and
development partnerships. Mr. Done has 30 years of mixed-use
development, management and leasing experience in the shopping
center industry. He has served in executive level positions
for notable development companies including The Rouse Company,
The Howard Hughes Corporation, CB Richard Ellis
and IDB Development, the largest publicly traded company in Israel.

Lauren Waite
Lauren is a graduate of University Nevada at Las Vegas. Her work
experience has been in hotel and retail analysis, market evalutations,
and IRR on Equity Investments. Lauren has also been responsible for
celebrity chef based food and beverage operations/nightlife.
